Signature Builders recently finished the remodeling of our bungalow, which started as a three-bedroom traditional building and ended as a four-bedroom fully modernised open plan, with rewiring and replumbing. The building works kept largely to schedule (no easy thing in Covid lockdowns and building material shortages).
Paul Simms, who owns the firm, and Ryan and Harry, are skilled, helpful, willing to go the extra mile, and flexible in suggesting improvements. There was good coordination with associated trades. Paul is worth contacting early in the design process, as his input is useful, and proved adept at translating the drawings into reality.
